I was able to sew two project bags like we worked on at guild on Saturday.
I think these are the perfect project to try out Susie's Magic Binding that Laurie has told us about. I googled 'susiesmagicbinding' and clicked on the one with the 'freequiltpatterns.info' which had a link to the tutorial at '52quilts.com'

I just trimmed my main binding piece to 1 1/2" and cut my contrasting fabric strip 1 3/4", sewed together and continued as per the tutorial.

If you think others would want to try this, please pass it along, I think there were several who only had the binding left to do after the meeting.

My main binding is the green and the grey is the contrasting fabric.
